Brian Higley PhD, M.S.

Founder & CEO

Dr. Brian Higley has an M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and is the founder and CEO of The Building Blocks to Excellencereg;, a company centered around consulting with individuals and organizations regarding how they may increase their goal-achievement capacities, persistence abilities, and interpersonal expertise. Brian's main research interests lie in optimal human functioning and holistic health. He was recently awarded the prestigious Ted Landsman Award, recognizing excellence in the promotion and research of human growth and development, from the University of Florida's Counseling Psychology Department.

Brian has had extensive training with some of the best psychological researchers and practitioners in the country. He has worked with individuals, groups, and corporations regarding increasing their productivity, persistence, and life satisfaction. During his undergraduate years, he was also the captain of his college's basketball team, where he won numerous awards, including Ohio Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team and Most Valuable Defensive Player (three times).
